Omaha High Low

Poker is very old game, but today it has many variations. One of them is Omaha High Low. This game gives very good opportunities to win money, but before that it is necessary to study the rules very good and to get as much practice as possible.

In the beginning of Omaha High Low, the two players sitting to the left of the dealer are forced to place bets in the pot. The first one places the so called Small Blind and the second the Big Blind. Then the cards are dealt. Each omaha high low player receives four cards face down. First to act is the player sitting to the left of the big blind who has to fold, call or raise. All other players have also to make their decisions by this way. This is the end of the first betting round in the omaha high low game.

After the first betting round is completed, three community cards face up are dealt in the center of the table. In all remaining betting rounds, first to act is the player sitting to the left of the dealers button. The players are given the chance to Check or bet, if they have not done it before. If they have already made a bet, they can Call, Raise or Fold.

Then another card is dealt face up, which is the beginning of the third betting round and the size of the bet is doubled here. First to act is again the player sitting to the immediate left of the button. After the action is completed, the last card is dealt face up by the dealer. In Omaha High Low, the winners are two - the players with the highest and the lowest five-card hand. They split the pot.
